25 years of culinary excellence: authentic Piedmontese tradition in the heart of the Langhe

Celebrating a quarter of a century means preserving an identity while renewing it every day with passion. Since 2001, my team and I have welcomed guests to Ristorante Albergo La Rosa dei Vini in Serralunga d'Alba, making it a destination of choice for those seeking the very best in Piedmontese cuisine among the hills of the Langhe, Monferrato and Roero.

Our daily commitment is a tribute to the authentic flavours of our region: from the great classics of the Langhe tradition, prepared from recipes handed down with care, to a selection of the finest local wines. A unique food and wine journey, surrounded by the beauty of a UNESCO World Heritage landscape.

I would like to thank each and every one of you who, over these 25 years, has chosen to share special moments, family lunches and unforgettable dinners with me. I look forward to continuing to raise a glass together to fine food and to our story.
